The Danish Collection:
The Monte Carlo 2002 World Championship was a remarkable tournament for Danish Backgammon. In the Main event 5 Danes reached the last 16, two fought through to the Semi-finals and met each other. Mads Andersen (one of the absolute top players in the world) beat fellow landsman Jan Bloxham, went on to win the title, thus becoming only the second Dane to achieve this distinction. Lars Trabolt won the Consolation, and Morten Holm reached the finals of the 128 player strong Super Jackpot.

About the book:
There are four move-by-move matches in the book which have been analysed by Snowie 4, with comments by Jes Bondo when the actual plays differs from the Snowie 'best play'. The final of the Super Jackpot (Pavel Bielewicz from Sweden vs. Morten Holm), the Semi-final (Andersen vs. Bloxham, the Final of the Consolation (Trabolt vs. Michael Meyburg two time World Champion from Germany), and of course the Final (Andersen vs. Felix Ziva from Israel).
