There are 4 prices given with each product.
Price 1 is in USD $ for orders sent to countries outside of the European Union. Free of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Price 2 is in GBP Ł and is for orders being sent to the UK or any country in the European Union, and includes VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
Price 3 is in EUR € and is for orders being sent to any country in the European Union, and includes VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
Price 4 is in Danish Kroner kr. and is for orders being sent to Denmark, and includes VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Small orders, under 500 grams (1.1 pounds):

Lightweight orders, under 1000 grams (2.2 pounds):
Fixed "flat-rate" shipping charges per order (Priority Mail) - non-trackable.
United Kingdom: Ł5.00.
Europe and Scandinavia: €12.00. Delivery times approx. 2 - 3 days.
Rest of the World: $22.00. Delivery times approx. 1 -2 weeks.

Medium weight orders, over 1kg. (2.2 pounds) and less than 2kg:
Fixed "flat-rate" shipping charges per order (Priority Mail) - non-trackable.
United Kingdom: Ł10.00.
Europe and Scandinavia: €22.00. Delivery times approx. 3 - 6 days.
Rest of the World: $34.00. Delivery times approx. 1 - 2 weeks.

Heavy orders, over 2kg. (4.4 pounds): These can only be sent as parcels, and costs vary widely from country to country.
We will quote a price for shipping when we confirm your order.
Heavy items are the large boards: XL size, Pennant Golden Whisper, Mexico, Hilton or Amazon models. In addition ordering several books (or other items) together may also exceed 2kg.

All cashiers check payments are charged a $10 handling charge (excluding cashiers checks from USA, UK or Denmark), and a further 2% is added to the total for handling charges on all checks transactions.

All charges outside Denmark or UK are to be paid in advance by the buyer.

OR in the case of payment by a personal foreign check (this does not apply for US, UK and Danish checks).
Add $10 and then add a further 2% to the total for banking charges. Furthermore allow up to 7 working days waiting for clearance of personal checks.
For USA, UK and Denmark the check charges of $10 will be waived, only add 2% to the total for banking charges. BEFORE SENDING A CHECK WAIT FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THE AMOUNT PAYABLE IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.

OR if paying with cash (bank-notes only), (payments in Ł are exempt of charges).
Cash should be sent by registered mail. Cash payments are charged a 2% handling charge.
Although we do not recommend sending cash unregistered, we have as yet not experienced any losses of cash payments being sent by unregistered post.

OR by Western Union, (payments are calculated in Ł (GBP) and must be paid in Ł's).
When using this method, REMEMBER to send an email, this email must include the Western Union control number and the date you placed your order.

OR by Postal Order (UK only ), payments are calculated in Ł's

When comparing our prices remember, that our company is based in the UK (part of the European Union - "the inner market"), all customs and import duties are fully paid, and VAT (sales tax) is included in our Ł, € and DKK prices. The only additional cost is shipping, click here . We of course sell to the "global village", and as such the first price we show is in US$, this is our export price and exclusive of VAT, this price is only for orders sent to a country outside the European Union (EU).
When is a bargain price not a bargain? The total cost may not be everything it seems. If you are in the European Union and buy something from a country outside the EU (like the USA or Far East), you will have to pay higher shipping cost which adds considerably to the price.
Then, when your order arrives in your EU country, it will be treated as an import. You may have to pay import duty (rates vary from item to item), BUT you will have to pay VAT on top of the price you have paid, so add another 15 - 25% to what you have paid (yes, 25% if you live in Denmark or Sweden).
The carrier (shipping company, courier or postal service) will pay both import duties and VAT in advance, and demand the payment from you when they deliver. You can refuse delivery, but you will lose your payment (or at least shipping costs both ways) and end up with legal action from the carrier who will want to reclaim any duties and VAT they have paid in advance. So the bottom line is check what the additional costs are (shipping, import duty and VAT), these could add as much as 50% to the cost buying price. If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is!
